AVERO ships to customers across Canada. Standard shipping orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Expedited options will be available once online checkout launches.

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product indicators on the exterior, and billing descriptors are kept neutral. See our Discreet Packaging page for full details.

Standard shipping is a flat CAD $9.99 across Canada, added at checkout.

For the health, safety, and peace of mind of every customer, products can't be returned or exchanged once shipped — unless they arrive damaged or defective. Anything designed to come into contact with the body is considered used the moment it leaves our warehouse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved items will be replaced or refunded.
